Scholarships, bursaries and discounts

For 100 years, we have pursued the unknown, confronted the impossible and never stopped questioning. But we can’t do this alone. We want the brightest and the best to join us as Citizens of Change.

We don't want concerns about finance to stop prospective students from considering the University of Leicester, which is why we provide a range of scholarship and bursary opportunities to those who need them, and those who deserve them.

Citizens of Change 100 Scholarship

To mark one hundred years since the university opened, we’re offering 100 Citizens of Change scholarships. All you have to do to apply is record a video (60 seconds max.) in response to the question “What do you want to change?” This could be anything from your future or crime in your community, to the climate crisis or people’s health.
