Data protection notice

We understand that there may be times when you want to contact us about your child but it is important to remember that we can only deal directly with the students living in our accommodation. Their contract for accommodation is under their name which means that for data protection reasons we can’t share any information we have about them with you, even if you're paying the fees!

You may wish to get in contact with us about your son or daughter, to discuss their accommodation or express a concern. Please be aware that we are unable to confirm or deny any details about our students due to data protection. We take the welfare of our students very seriously. If you call us to express a concern rest assured we will always follow up immediately, even though we can’t give you any information about the outcome.

If you are concerned make sure you talk it through with your son/daughter and remind them of the support available. We can’t disclose information about your son/daughter but if you are worried they are unhappy there are things that we can do to help. If you have any concern make sure you get in touch with us.
