College Court wins national award for Best Customer Service
College Court, the University’s conference centre and hotel, has been awarded the prestigious ‘Best Customer Service’ in the Academic Venue Awards hosted at the Queen Mary University of London on Wednesday 22nd November.
College Court had received four finalist positions in the awards. The Academic Venue Awards celebrated the best of the best and brought together the UK’s top Academic Venues together with event buyers to network, share best practice, highlight progress and celebrate successes.
The nominations were for ‘Best Accommodation’, ‘Best Conference Venue’ and ‘Best Customer Service’ with the addition of ‘Best Residential Venue of The Year’ and on the day came away with as winners of ‘Best Customer Service’ something the team at College Court are extremely proud of.
College Court are also finalists for the annual Leicestershire Promotions Tourism & Hospitality Awards 2017. The awards ceremony will be held at Athena in Leicester on 30 November 2017 and sponsors include Everards, Leicester City Council and Leicestershire County Council.
