  • Crossing Boundaries? Private remedies for Public Duties
    This project investigates the relationship between public law remedies and civil liability principles in the the highest courts in the UK and South Africa. It brings together researchers from both countries and both sides of the traditional divide between private law and public law to investigate the origins and consequences of these divergent approaches, and to draw lessons for future legal development.
  • Developing Legal Literacy with Children in Key Stage 2
    Undergraduate law students designed, produced and delivered workshops in schools to develop children’s ‘legal literacy’.
  • Law in Children’s Lives
    Law in Children’s Lives is an ESRC-funded project using video games to explore how far children understand law as an empowering force in their day-to-day lives.
  • Midlands Medical Law Consortium
    The Midlands Medical Law Consortium is an interdisciplinary group which involves participants from the fields of law, ethics, philosophy, theology, sociology, medicine and political theory, faith groups and patients' representatives.
