Tours leave from the registration desk at 4.15pm, 5.15pm and 6.15pm (each tour lasts approximately 30 minutes).

We’ll also open a few of our specific subject buildings. If these subjects are of interest, feel free to visit at the following times:
- Biological Sciences laboratories: 4.00pm – 5.00pm
- Law building: 4.30pm – 6.00pm
- Museum Studies building: 5.00pm – 5.30pm (building tour) and 5.30pm - 6.00pm (programme welcome)

Getting here and parking
Getting to Leicester and to the rest of the UK is made easy by the city’s excellent rail and road connections. Visit our travel page for details of how to get here.
If you are driving, parking for the event will be capped at £2.50 in our Freemen’s Common Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP). To take advantage of this offer, you must pre-book your parking.
If parking is not pre-booked, standard parking prices will apply on the day.

We have teamed up with National Express to offer 30% off coach travel to this event.
National Express have hundreds of stops throughout the country and offer generous luggage allowance and budget-friendly ticket prices. Leicester is about three hours from London by coach, about two hours from Sheffield, and about 70 minutes from Birmingham - all direct services.
