Toys on the Table
It is the season of giving and the Toys on the Table Appeal 2022 is in full swing and students and staff are invited to donate new toys, games, books, etc. for this amazing local charity. This year you can also make an online donation if you prefer and the closing date for all donations is Wednesday 14 December.
Now in his fifth year of the campaign, Richard Gamble from Estates and Campus Services has been encouraging students and staff to donate new toys and games for Toys on the Table, a local charity who, last year, provided 15000 presents to 4850 children of all backgrounds in Leicestershire and Rutland.
A note from Richard:
“Please support this appeal if you can, I know times are difficult for all of us but imagine how a child feels waking up on Christmas Day without any presents, Toys on the Table work hard to make sure this doesn’t happen, please help them.”
