Registering with the University

Registration is important. It is also quick and easy.

Once you are registered, we can prepare your University ID card so that it’s ready for you to pick up at the start of term. Once you have your card, you can access everything you need on campus, from meals to lectures.

In December you will receive an email with a link to an online registration form. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam filter.

…and tick the box to say you accept the University’s regulations.

It’s really that simple, and we strongly recommend that you do this as soon as you receive the email.

Every year we register thousands of new and returning students. Only a few encounter problems but those problems almost always involve the photo – so please, please make sure you follow the guidelines and send us the right sort of photo. Because without a suitable photo, we won't be able to issue your student ID card.
