- Do you think you might have missed your chance of getting a degree? – Think again
- Not sure how to apply or where to start in applying to university? – Think again
- Want to know what kind of study skills you might need for university? – Think again
Our ‘Think Again’ event is aimed at people over the age of 21 who might be thinking of going to university, have applied to university or are already at the University of Leicester. If you would like to find out how the admissions process works, what university is like for older students and to brush up on your study skills, this event will cover all the basics. For those who are already with us or have applied to the University there will be sessions to keep your mind ticking over during the summer break.
We are running the main event over two days – Thursday 19 July and Friday 20 July – with a condensed version of both on Saturday 21 July. You can choose to attend on whichever day(s) you want.
Thursday and Friday are each split into two sections: the mornings will cover applying for university and student life, and the afternoons will cover study skills essential for higher education. You are welcome to attend just mornings, just afternoons or all day depending on your needs.
The event is completely free but please register your attendance so that we can estimate expected numbers.
