Masters of Philosophy (M.Phil)

An Industrial MPhil allows a business to deliver an R&D/innovation project in collaboration with our space and engineering experts: A partnership between your business and the University includes a full time subsidised graduate for 12 months working in your business to do an innovation project. The graduate is supervised by senior academic experts and university equipment and services can be accessed as needed.

The project drives knowledge transfer from the University to the graduate and business.

Projects can include application of machine learning and AI, developing new products and services, innovating your processes, marketing, business planning, strategy development, etc.

Available to Leicestershire based small and medium sized businesses.

Funding: The business contributes the 12 month tuition fee for the student (£4,327). The graduate receives a £14,000 stipend for the duration of the project from the project funder.
