I joined Leicester Law School in September 2015 before which I was a lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton. I am interested in doctrinal research in equity and trusts and company law. In particular my research considers the evolution of private law principles and the interface between company law and ordinary doctrines of private law. I am also interested in common law judicial reasoning and legal history. I am the academic lead on alumni relations for Leicester Law School.
I have published in a wide range of law journals.
