Current national trends in diabetes services require increased numbers of care providers who need to be competent in this expanding aspect of care. This module aims to meet the needs of health care professionals who would like to advance their knowledge and skills in both initiating and managing injectable therapies. This module covers practical skills but is also grounded in the latest evidence-based medicine.

The course provides an opportunity to become familiar with the latest evidence in order to support your clinical practice. The module objectives are delivered with the focus on case studies and seminars to enable learners to link evidence, personal experiences and clinical practice.
