Analysing the English Legal System

Module code: LW1173
Module co-ordinator: Tony Cole

In this module you will develop the one skill that separates lawyers from those who just know some facts about the law: the ability to “think like a lawyer”. You will investigate different approaches to interpreting the law and develop your legal reasoning to form persuasive arguments about how the law is applied. You will also conduct your own legal research, as well as develop both your academic and professional legal writing skills.
