What are the legal rights of consumers, or businesses involved in multi-million pound deals? Is there an agreement that the courts will enforce? What legal remedies are available? By looking at case law and statutes, this module illuminates the principles that answer these questions.

  • Attendance at tutorials and completion of online MCQs (5%)

Visiting/Erasmus students can study this module in either Semester One or Semester Two by studying the topics that are being taught in that semester. You will be assessed by an essay, not exceeding 2,000 words including footnotes.
