This module will provide students with an opportunity to critically analyse the existing literature relating to their research topic and to produce an extended piece of scholarly writing. It will involve working closely with their dissertation supervisor to identify and analyse relevant literature. By the end of the module students will have developed advanced bibliographic skills, an advanced ability to select and critically analyse relevant secondary sources and the ability to communicate your findings in appropriate scholarly language and style.
