Masters Research Project (Geology)

Module codes: GL4101/GL4102/GL4103/GL4104
Module co-ordinator: Dr Sarah Lee

The Masters Research Project is a major piece of independent research work carried out in the fourth year of your MGeol. You will apply the knowledge and skills you have acquired in the previous three years to a specific earth sciences problem of interest to you. Working from an initial hypothesis, you’ll collect your data and then analyse and interpret it in a report. Some of our previous students have published their work in major scientific journals.
