  • Dynamic, international, and informational aspects of environmental issues, and the economics treatment of them.
  • Economic aspects of environmental problems and the proper analytical and empirical tools to deal with them.
  • Economic theories of environmental policies
  • Economic/welfare effects of alternative environmental policy instruments; the crucial role played and the issues posed by the international co-ordination of environmental policies.
