Introduction to Counselling Skills

In this module you will explore the role of boundaries and confidentiality in the practice of counselling. You will learn how to maintain a therapeutic stance and how to use a conceptual framework for listening and for making interventions. We will consider also the use of empathy in the therapeutic relationship.
