Every year, thousands of people gain postgraduate degrees relating to leadership. Many of those will become visionary leaders who drive their business or organisation forward. Some won't.

Why? They all have similar degrees, theoretical knowledge or even emotional intelligence. However, the practical application of that knowledge can be the difference. Simply put, some can apply their skills better than others.

This module will give you an insight on how to apply your knowledge to the real world, as well as the key challenges and dilemmas faced by modern leaders. You'll look at and analyse real-world examples of leadership and the practical applications of leadership theories. You'll also reflect on leadership - both in general and on your abilities - using this to grow and improve as a leader.
