This module will introduce you to the complex dynamics and processes behind the employment relationship.

You'll be able to reflectively apply these when visiting an external company. You'll be able to pinpoint the key features of Human Resource Management. Plus, you'll feel comfortable discussing features of the management of discipline at work and comparing different approaches to employee relations and their implications for workers.
