Urban Conservation Dissertation

Module code: HS7250

You’re coming to the conclusion of your postgraduate study, and your dissertation is the chance to put all your learning into practice. You’ll undertake a substantive project on an area of urban conservation of your choice, based upon your own original research and data and relevant secondary literature.

The result of this will be an extended piece of writing which puts forward and sustains a complex argument supported by your research.

The ability to manage an in-depth study, self-direct a research project over a long period, put forward new insights and maintain a consistent argument will be invaluable as you move forward in your career.
