International Commercial Arbitration
Module code: LW3581
Why do parties use international commercial arbitration to settle disputes? What mechanisms are at work when settling these disputes? How can parties enforce a privately issued decision on their dispute?
You'll focus on both UK and international perspectives in a module that covers the theoretical principles at the basis of arbitration as well as the issues arising in its daily practice.
