MyWellbeing is the app to help you to thrive in your university life. Empowering you to make positive healthy changes to your wellbeing, from the physical, to mental, social and financial, through a range of resources, tools and opportunities.

It's based around the 5 steps to wellbeing, which have been shown by evidence to improve your mental health:

  • be active
  • learn
  • give
  • pay attention to the present moment

Available on both Android and Apple devices, register with your full university email address ( to access a range of wellbeing information, podcasts and activities along with contact information for our support services.

You can also visit the MyWellbeing through the university's MyUoL app, as long as you have both apps downloaded.
