Women's Only - Learn to Lift

Time: 5.30pm-6.15pm; 6.15pm-7.00pm 
Venue: Danielle Brown Sports Centre

This will be the perfect opportunity for any new gym user to learn the correct lifting techniques for lifts such as bench press, squat, deadlift etc. Our trained fitness advisors will also be on hand to provide any additional support needed, whether that be how to use other pieces of the gym equipment or finding the right gym programme for you. Simply turn up in suitable clothing and footwear.
