Technicians Conference

Open to all science technicians, the event will be a fantastic opportunity to network with other local technicians, enhance knowledge and develop vital new transferable skills, all while taking part in active, engaging and memorable workshops.

We are delighted to announce that Professor Turi King, best know for her work in 'Cracking one of the biggest forensic DNA cases in history' during the exhumation of Richard III of England, will be opening the conference with a talk about her work.

There will also be an opportunity to attend three workshops of your choice throughout the day, covering topics such as Astronomy, Electricity, Data logging, Microbiology, the required GCSE practicals in Chemistry and Physics and making good use of visualisers and microscopes.

We believe that this exclusive CPD event will be highly beneficial to all science technicians as it offers varied CPD training and valuable networking opportunities.
