Andrew Morgan was born in Leicester and attended Guthlaxton School. He graduated from Manchester with a degree in Modern Languages. After his early career with Gillette, Andrew spent 27 years at the FTSE top 20 drinks company Diageo, latterly as President Diageo Europe for 8 years. He left Diageo in September 2014 to build a portfolio of interests. Andrew is an independent director of Aryzta AG, a global food company listed in Switzerland and sits on the advisory board of British Airways. He is also Chairman of the Centre for International Business and Management at the School of Management at Bath University. He joined Council at the University of Leicester in 2013 and currently serves as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Careers Advisory Board and has recently joined the board of College Court Conference Centre.
Andrew lives in South West London but retains a keen interest in the Leicester Tigers.
