Psychological Research Skills 2

Module code: PS1107

This module will equip you with the skills to undertake psychological research. You will learn how to recognise basic experimental design issues in quantitative methodologies and differentiate between statistical tests (including t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and their non-parametric equivalents). By learning how to select the correct statistical test/s and use SPSS and Excel to analyse data, you will begin to write research reports based on statistical analyses and interpretation.
