In this module we will develop detailed discussions concerning the role of individuals and organisations in the marketing channels, supply chains and networks that function to ensure that consumer demands are met. As well as outlining possible managerial solutions to common B2B marketing dilemmas (such as the selection of promotional tools and the challenges of key account management), we will also examine issues such as relationship marketing, the growth of e-commerce in B2B markets, logistics management and supply chain ethics.
