‘Medical genetics’ will give you an appreciation of the application of genetics to a broad range of areas of modern medicine and illustrates ways in which genetic knowledge is impacting on cancer therapeutics. How much does the study of genetics contribute to advancements in what we understand about human diseases affecting the central nervous system and cardiovascular systems? What impact has genetics had on medical practices?
