Corporate finance focuses on the financial structure of corporations and what methods can be used to increase their value to shareholders. This module will give you a closer look into the financial decisions that corporations need to make and how their decisions influence the financial market. You will dive into financial issues that corporation's encounter and what sources of external funding they can use, and how economic theories can be applied to corporate decision making. You will discover the techniques that major corporations use for investment projects and how they manage their financial assets.
