Social life

The City accommodation puts you conveniently close to plenty of places for a night out, including the O₂ Academy in the Students' Union, the local Odeon cinema, our own arts centre Attenborough Arts and De Montfort Hall.

You're also close to the clubs, pubs, bars and venues of the city centre, including the Curve theatre, the Showcase De Luxe cinema and Phoenix Arts.

If you would rather have a night in, but don't want to stay in your room, there are social activities organised by our Residence Life Team including some very popular coffee nights.

You can also head over to the Village where you can get involved in any of the activities and events being organised there.
