Download our apps

Our apps are here to make your life easy, on the go.

SafeZone

SafeZone ensures that you can get help at any time, allowing you to alert University Security through your mobile phone if you ever need urgent assistance or first aid, or if you have an emergency while on campus. Check in with your student university address when you are on campus.

The system is privacy-protected, so will never share your location unless you summon assistance or if you use the check-in function. This also means the app will not drain your mobile phone battery.

SafeZone is simple-to-use and free to download on the App or Play stores.

MyUoL

MyUoL gives you access to all of the university information in one place, including:

  • Your timetable
  • My Student Record
  • One Drive
  • Give your feedback
  • Find a PC
  • Library loans
  • Library search
  • University and Students’ Union Twitter feeds
  • Campus map

Search for MyUoL on the App or Play stores. It is also available as a desktop version at myuol.le.ac.uk

If you have any technical difficulties with the app, email ithelp@leicester.ac.uk for advice.

MyWellbeing

MyWellbeing is the app to help you to thrive in your university life, empowering you to make positive healthy changes to your wellbeing, from the physical, to mental, social and financial, through a range of resources, tools and opportunities.

Available on both Android and Apple devices, register with your full university email address (@student.le.ac.uk) to access a range of wellbeing information, podcasts and activities along with contact information for our support services.

You can also visit MyWellbeing through the MyUoL app, as long as you have both apps downloaded.

UPAY

UPAY is the quick payment system used across campus that enables staff and students to pay for their food, drink and retail purchases. During your time at University, you will be able to collect points using the UPAY app at all catering and retail outlets, and then spend them* at any outlet across campus (excluding O2 Academy and Pearls).

Register on a University computer to opt into UPAY. The UPAY app is free to download on the App or Play stores.
