Membership of Court

Arising from a major review of Court, completed in November 2015, the Council of the University approved some significant changes to the membership of Court. These changes took effect from 1 January 2016. The current membership is given below. It is important to note the distinction between the Full members of Court, who attend the Annual Meeting and any Special Meetings of Court, and the Associate members, who do not attend meetings.

• Class 1: Full Members - representatives of the University
• Class 2: Full Members - Ex-Officio
• Class 3: Full Members - Other institutions, societies and bodies and other persons
• Class 4: Associate Members - other institutions, societies and bodies, emeritus professors and other persons
